Privacy
Verre Tattoo (a sole proprietorship operated by Adèle Marchand at 142 Frost St, Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn, NY) collects personal information only as necessary to provide tattoo services. This policy describes what's collected, why, and what you can do about it.
What I collect
When you submit a booking request, I collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your Instagram handle (optional)
- The session details you provide (style, size, placement, references, dates, travel plans)
- Allergies, medications, or relevant medical history you choose to share
- Any reference images you upload
I do not collect payment card details on this website. Deposits are handled separately through a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe or Square), who collects card information directly under their own privacy policy.
This website does not use third-party analytics or tracking. No usage data is collected for advertising purposes.
Third parties
Your booking request is processed using:
- Email delivery — Resend, for sending you confirmations and aftercare instructions.
- Database — Supabase, for storing your booking details securely.
- Payment processing — a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe or Square), for deposit handling.
- Hosting — Vercel.
I do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone outside the service providers listed above.
Your rights
You can, at any time:
- Request a copy of the data I hold about you
- Ask me to correct or update it
- Ask me to delete it (subject to legal record-keeping requirements for completed services)
- Withdraw consent for any future marketing communications

Terms of service
Deposits and cancellations
A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your appointment. The deposit is applied to your final balance on session day. Reschedules with 72+ hours notice transfer the deposit to a new date. Less notice forfeits the deposit, except in genuine emergencies which I will consider individually.
Age and consent
New York State requires tattoo recipients to be 18 years or older. Government-issued ID is required at every appointment. No exceptions.
Health and safety
I do not tattoo while you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have a medical condition, take blood-thinning medication, or have known skin sensitivities, please disclose this before your appointment. I reserve the right to refuse or postpone service if a health concern arises.
Aftercare
Aftercare instructions are provided at the end of every session. Free touch-ups within 60 days of the session, provided aftercare instructions were followed. After 60 days, regular hourly rates apply.
Photography and portfolio use
I photograph healed work for portfolio and social media use. Faces and identifying features are never shown. If you prefer your tattoo not be photographed, let me know — there's no obligation.
